But, after spending the better part of the last 10 years working as a manufacturer's representative in one form or another, and the 10 previous to that building some of the most forward thinking mechanical systems in the country. Our primary focus is to install all types of equipment in the manner and using the techniques that they recommend.
On the service side, I've been the "go to guy" for so many contractors in Washington and Alaska. When they couldn't figure out the best solution for troublesome systems, and I've seen firsthand the troubles that arise from improper installation.

DUCTLESS IN CENTRAL AND WESTERN WASHINGTON
There are so many wonderful things about living in the Pacific Northwest! There's much to see and do here. But, we do have an extreme climate. Our temperature swings can be dramatic. And then we start talking about wind and precipitation... This can create a huge issue for some homes. Hot spots, cold spots, drafts, dead zones, and other issues can all be addressed with ductless mini split systems. But, as you research these solutions, many people find out that lots of contractors will not install them, or they will install them but not service them. Why would you trust someone to install something that they will not service? What good is a warranty, if they cannot fix the issue? When it comes to ductless, we do it all.
I've heard it from so many homeowners, "they were great! But they told me that I need to find someone else to service my new system." Ductless systems are very advanced, and with variable speed (inverter driven) compressors and fans, they are capable of adjusting themselves to the needs of your home, and your comfort as the outdoor environment changes.
